Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings — access will continue until the end of the current paid period, after which no further charges will occur.
Billing Errors
If you were charged in error or received a duplicate charge, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us at info@thewickedwest.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue.
One-Time Digital Purchases
One-time purchases such as the Foundry VTT module or other standalone digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Physical Products
Physical goods are not currently offered. If physical products are introduced in the future, a separate return and refund process will be outlined at that time.
