Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads (PDFs, STL files, VTT assets), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated.
Physical Products
We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact cyberdr3k@gmail.com with photos of the damage to initiate a return.
